i LOVE cooking shows.
if i had my own way, i'd have my OWN cooking show.
in fact i do this:(p.s. this isn't my postsecret)
here are some chefs i admire.
this is g. garvin. i LOVE watching his show on tvOne on sundays. he's that type of chef who cooks with their hands and doesn't use wussy measuring cups and such. lol lately, i've been cooking that way. i let my sense of taste and smell decide how much of what is needed.i love the shows in which he's outside working at a bbq. everything he makes looks fantastic that i want to write him a fan letter asking if i can come over to his house for dinner sometime. or heck, he can come over here and cook for me!if you'd like to know more about him check him out @ chefgarvin.com
this is lidia. she has this fantastic show on pbs. i swear, everything she makes looks like a work of art.this is the way i dream of cooking. it's always been my dream to make the most fantastic italian cuisine imagined.in fact, i'm going to use a lot of her recipes when i have my dinner party in the spring/summer.check her out @ lidiasitaly.com

rachael ray. (shut up. i like her!)
her 30 minute meals and $40 a day show are the ones i watch. (i'm not that big a fan of her talk show and i never really watch it
(except that one show in which she had christopher meloni. *rawr*)
she's another one who doesn't really use measuring cups.
i think that's always impressed me. my mom never used measuring cups either and she's a fabulous cook.
a lot of people don't like rachael because they think she's annoying and blah blah blah, but everything she makes looks easy and delicious, so y'all who don't like her can suck it ;)

so this year i'm going to be having a 7 course meal dinner party.
time to plan and make my house look classy ;)
